PURPOSE:To charge a noodle ball surely to a slowly moving bucket, and to increase the delivery rate of the noodle balls, by using a preparation apparatus wherein a zone transferring the bucket alternately at high and low speed is formed in a relaxed zone of a conveyor even in the case of increasing the transfer speed of the bucket at the continuously moving stretched zone of the conveyor. CONSTITUTION:The titled noodle preparation apparatus is composed of a conveyor 2 transferring a bucket containing noodles, a noodle feeding zone 3 and a noodle delivery zone 4, wherein the conveyor 2 running through and around the noodle processing part 1 is composed of the continuously transferring stretched zone 2a and the relaxed zone 2b. The relaxed zone 2b contains a zone to transfer the bucket alternately at high and low speed by the device 5 to drive the conveyor 2 alternately at high and low speed. The noodle feeding zone 3 is placed at the alternately transferring zone 2c. Even if the transfer speed of the continuously transferring stretched zone 2a is increased, the alternately transferring zone is formed in the relaxed zone to enable the supply of the noodle ball from the noodle feeding zone 2 surely to the bucket 9, and furthermore, to increase the delivery rate of the noodle ball and to improve the preparation efficiency of noodle. |
