PURPOSE:To keep high sealing property and durability of the lid of the titled machine, by regulating the relative position of the lid to the circumferential part of the pressure vessel when the lid is clamped to the vessel, and using a fluororubber as the laminated packing plate at the bottom face of the lid base. CONSTITUTION:The lid base 7 is held with the holding shaft 8 tiltably and swivellably at the center of the lid through the ball 16. The shaft 8 is threaded into the threaded hole 9 of the lid support 4 fixed to the main body of the pressure vessel 1 and is made to move forward and backward to clamp and loosen the lid. The plate 17 made of a fluororubber or a fluororesin and having the same shape and nearly the same size as the bottom face of the lid base 7 is laminated to the base 7 using plural protrusions at the circumferential part of the lid plate 7 as the fixing points. A plurality of circular concentric ribs having trapezoidal cross-sections and even heights are placed surrounding the opened brim of the pressure vessel 1. A pair of square levers 22, 22' and another pair of square levers 23, 23' at the symmetrial position to the former levers, are attached to the upper surface of the lid in a plane parallel to the lid with equal distances from the holding shaft 8. The distance between the levers 22, 22', etc. is selected to be the smallest possible to accept the lid support 4. |
