PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for volume control of a cassette device by adding a mechanism to an information processor to give an automatic control to the signal level of interface to an audio cassette magnetic tape device. CONSTITUTION:An automatic level control mechanism 2 consists of a signal level detecting mechanism 21 and a signal level converting mechanism 22. This mechanism 2 reads a test pattern part 81 for signal level control and detects the level of a read-in signal 51 through the mechanism 21. A read-in signal 61 is converted into a prescribed signal level by the mechanism 22 when the signal 61 is sent to an information processor 7. As a result, the manual control (with operation of a volume 4) of the signal level can be eliminated. |
