Heat is recovered as hot air ventilated via a closed circuit into another room where an air thermostat works, according to the desired temperature, an electric turbine motor. The motor is placed underground on an air exchanger with two separate circuits that filter and intake either outside air or air from the kitchen ceiling. - The exchanger is worked mechanically by a manual lever in the kitchen. It has an electronic temperature probe inside it, and its intake temperature is shown on a viewing dial.
