The abstract describes a two-piece housing which can be closed by means of a numerical combination lock in which the numerical combination mechanism with the numerical lock closing hook is located on the one housing part and the numerical lock closing eye is located on the other housing part, said housing parts being joined together after insertion of a Euro-plug, and then closed by turning the numerical combination selection wheel. The Euro-plug with the apparatus located thereon is now secured against unauthorised use. In order, as an extension, also to secure Standard-E plugs, naturally with the apparatuses located thereon, likewise against unauthorised use, a Standard-E plug is inserted into the housing shells of a two-piece housing, which pieces have the shape and dimensions of a Euro-plug at the lower end, and the housing shell pieces are joined together. This Standard-E plug is in turn inserted into the Euro-plug numerical combination lock housing which in turn is joined together and closed by rotating the numerical combination selection wheel. Figure 7 on page 2 shows the enclosed Euro-plug, and page 4 shows the Standard-E plug inserted into the housing shells. <IMAGE>
