PURPOSE:To use a television receiver as a personal data bank by simple operation by enabling to mount an IC card on a television having on-screen function and remote control function and operating the program of the IC card by remote control. CONSTITUTION:Function to make mounting of an IC card 10 possible, and to operate the program of the IC card by the remote control and to display by on-screen is provided. It is guard-shaped having a built-in microcomputer a memory and a program and personal data are also stored in it. When the IC card 10 is set to a television, a picture is displayed, and made to an input mode by moving cursor keys 92-95 and information is inputted by numeral inputting keys 80-89. Further, information of preceding day is obtained and graphic display is made. It is also made possible to input information to the IC card by depressing a save key 91. A set key 90 is used when a user defines a character and a graphic. By depressing this key, the user can make his own inscription. |
