PURPOSE:To manufacture continuously and efficiently a partially clad material in the production of said material through rolling and pressing to stick by blanking a belt-like clad metal with rolls, adhering the same to a base metal and rolling the same. CONSTITUTION:A base metal 1 and a ribbon-shaped clad metal 3 are passed between stamping rolls 5 in the form that both metals are brought into contact with each other by rolls 4. The clad material 12 blanked by a punch 11 is adhered to the metal 1 and in this state the base metal enters the spacing between rolling rolls 8 and 9, by which the clad material and the base metal are rolled and pressed to stick. The pressing to stick of the clad member is secure and sure and the operation is accomplished continuously at a high speed. The equipment entails simply the additional installation of the stamping rolls. |
