PURPOSE:To obtain a magnet which advances by itself without any external energy, by intermittently shutting off the magnetic force of a magnet by virtue of a structure and a combination of various kinds of magnet. CONSTITUTION:A two-pole magnet 1 with magnetism more than twice as much as required for use and a two-pole magnet 11 with much magnetism are assembled together such that a single-sided magnet 6 is sandwiched therebetween within the width 4, 5 of the magnet 1. A rotatable shaft 15 is attached to a fixing plate 14. The magnets 1 and 11 are fixed to the fixing plate 14 such that the poles N (9), S (10) on the back side of the magnet 6 are made respectively coincident with the poles N (2), S (3) of the magnet 1, and then, the poles N (7), S (8) on the face side of the magnet 6 are made respectively coincident with the poles N (12), S (13) of the moving magnet 11. Before the fixing operation, if the magnet 6 is properly positioned with respect to the magnet 1, the magnetic line of force of the magnet 6 is blocked by the magnetic force of the magnet 1. Consequently, the magnet 11 moves to the portion of the magnet 6 where the magnetic line of force thereof is blocked, and at the same time, the magnet 1 advances. |
