PURPOSE:To attain pickup service without disabled use based on response delay and lapse of memory of a special number by executing a pikup connecting processing when there exists a call calling a subscriber in the same pickup group as a calling subscriber. CONSTITUTION:A pickup processing mechanism 70 references a pickup group data 3 based on a head address a1 of the pickup group data 3 stored in a control data 2 of an extension B, references a status data 4 of a corresponding extension A from a telephone number DNa stored at first, references a connecting state data 5 based on the information identifying the busy state stored and a head address a2 of the connecting state data 5 and and discriminates the extension A as in busy state by the information identifying the busy state. As a result, a central controller CC connects the extension X calling the extension A with the extension B via a network NW and an intra-office trunk IOT. Thus, the extension B can respond to the extension X in place of the extension A. |
