MANUFACTURE OF ROTARY TRANSFORMER

摘要

PURPOSE:To fill a conductive paste automatically and reduce the resistance and obtain a high attractive force by a method wherein, after a core of the rotor side is baked, a conductive paste is filled into a groove previously provided to the core and baked. CONSTITUTION:A groove 2 filled by a conductive paste is provided to a core 1 of the rotor side. The conductive paste can be filled automatically by an injector or a projector and a lead wire can be buried and fixed in the conductive paste if necessary. The core 1 filled by the conductive paste is baked and the conductive paste is glazed and the core is completed.
