PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy in the shape and size of a magnetic head and to make magnetic characteristic hardly deterioratable by providing at least one throughhole in the lamination direction of said head and packing an adhesive material in the through-hole. CONSTITUTION:Adhesive agents 18a, b, c, d are sealed in through-holes 17a, b, c, d. The shape of a core member 9 is preferably taken into consideration to determine the number, shape and position of the through-holes. When, for example, the member 9 is considered as a magnetic circuit, the magnetic resistance in the magnetic path near a winding window 19 is required to be made smaller than the magnetic resistance in a gap spacer part 14. The gap depth in the actual gap spacer part 14 is 30-50mu with, for example, a video head, and therefore the through-holes provided in the positions apart by 2-3 times of the window 19, that is, >=150mu, from said window by accounting for safety are satisfactory. In the case of the video head, the size of a head core is about 2mm.X2mm. and even if the through-holes of about 300mu are made, there is no problem in the magnetic circuit and no influence is given on the electromagnetic conversion characteristic thereof. |
