<p>Method for manufacturing a transplant (100) comprised of donor skin (2) having openings (3) and of small skin lumps of the subject (4) introduced into the openings (3). In a transfer installation (90), a stop device (10), wherein small skin lumps of the subject (4) are arranged at predetermined locations, is brought to a predetermined location by a positioning member (92) within a coordinate system. At another location predetermined by another positioning member (93), within the coordinate system, a support (64) is provided and the donor skin (4) is arranged on said support. The openings (3) are cut in the donor skin at predetermined locations. Furthermore, on each small skin lump of the subject (4) a transport part (20, 51) is arranged, which transport part is provided with devices (52-54) driving the respective small skin lump of the subject (4) when they are lifted and delivering the small skin lump of the subject (4) when they are brought down. There is also provided a manipulator (94, 95) which moves the transport parts (20, 51) up to the openings (3) cut in the donor skin (2) and which inserts them into the latter. </p> |
