The invention concerns an internal combustion engine accessory. It is an accumulator of a volume of fuel, comprising a casing 11, 22, with a membrane 17 stressed by a spring 18 and firmly clamped at its edge 26 between the edge 15 of the casing and the peripheral collar 25 of its part 21. The two annular parts 27, 28, solidly welded at the end, are brought together in the radial plane and are firmly applied against the free axial side of the edge 15 or of the peripheral collar 25. Application to the production of such an accumulator having no risk of disintegration or of leakage of fuel in the case of a violent shock. <IMAGE>
