摘要 PURPOSE:To excite a titled array in order from the center oscillator to outside oscillators to generate ultrasonic waves, by giving a signal corresponding to decimal ''1'' to the center oscillator out of plural oscillator arranged in parallel and giving a signal corresponding to decimal ''2'' to two oscillator on both sides of the center oscillator and giving signals to the other oscillator similarly. CONSTITUTION:Each time a clock pulse 7 is inputted, it is counted by a binary- coded decimal counter 6, and the counted value is converted to decimal by a decoder 8. Oscillators A1-A17 are connected to output terminals D1-D9 of the decoder 8. That is, the oscillator A9 is connected to the terminal D1, and oscillators A8 and A10 are connected to the terminal D2, and the other oscillator are connected to succeeding output terminals similarly, and the last terminal D9 is connected to oscillators A1 and A17. When the clock pulse 7 is inputted to the counter 6, the counter starts counting, and output ''1'', namely, the pulse output is generated in output terminals D1-D9 of the decoder 8 successively. Thus, 17 oscillators are excited with one binary-coded decimal counter and one decoder; and clock pulses are changed for changing a delay time to change the angle of deflection, and a clock pulse generating source is controlled to change clock pulses easily.
