PURPOSE:To facilitate operation and to reduce labor reduction by using different dedicated control systems in initial operation and stationary operation respectively. CONSTITUTION:The pattern of temperature control is charged in temperature-to- time relation and stored in a photoelectric programmer 9. A sequence circuit 13 is initialized in starting operation. The programmer 9 outputs an initial command signal. Contacts 7a and 7c of a switch 7 are connected together. Heating is carried on until a radiation thermometer 5 attains to measurable temperature. Then, the switch 7 is changed over. Control based upon the command signal from the programmer 9 and a feedback signal from the radiation thermometer 5 is performed. |
