PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a device and to decrease errors from a set value by providing a conveyor, reflection type optical fiber sensors, an image sensor camera, a pulse oscillator and a control part. CONSTITUTION:A pulse sensor 13 functioning as an oscillator outputs a pulse signal at every detection of the detaining recess 2 of a disc 1 by a photoelectric detector or the like. The 1st reflection type optical fiber sensor 14 detects whether a screw part 3c is provided to the prescribed position in the stem part 4 of a bolt 3 or not. An image sensor camera 16 detects the length in the stem part 3a of the bolt 3 projected by the light rom a light projector 17 and outputs the signal corresponding to said length. The 2nd reflection type optical fiber sensor 18 detects the presence or absence of the bolt 3. A control part 20 is inputted with the detection signals from the sensor 13, the sensors 14, 18 and the camera 16, and the set value from a setting part for setting the length in the stem part 3a of the bolt 3 and judges the defectiveness and nondefectiveness of the bolt 3 from said signals. |
