With a device for releasing sheet-like concrete parts from a plastic mould it is intended to permit both a continuous production sequence and repeated use of the mould, which remains intact when the concrete parts are released. Serving for this purpose is a suction lifter, which can be moved in the vertical direction and on the lifting plate of which, provided with suction openings, there runs on the underside a soft/resilient sealing profile, which surrounds the area taken up by the suction openings and makes contact with the concrete part to be released. Also on the lifting plate, in its edge region at a distance from the sealing profile, there extends a pressure strip intended for holding down the plastic mould. In a particularly expedient design, the suction lifter is moved by means of a piston-cylinder unit, which is arranged on a chassis running in a horizontal rail guide and serving to carry away the concrete parts released each time from the plastic mould.
