PURPOSE:To enable easily production of Gyoza (fried dumpling stuffed with minced pork) having the same shape as hand-made Gyoza, by connecting in an invertible way a pressing mold to a receiving mold having a dent part to form the bottom part of Gyoza, setting a pressing mold equipped slantly with a saw- toothed protrusion on the upper part of the inner face of the dent part. CONSTITUTION:The receiving mold 1 having the dent part 1a to form the bottom part of Gyoza is fixed to the traveling plate 2 such as turntable, conveyor, etc., the inverted pressing mold 3 having the concave part 3a to form the central part of Gyoza is in an invertible way connected to the upper part of the receiving mold 1, and the pressing mold 5 having the semicircular dent part 5a to form the external shape of Gyoza is shakably attached to the traveling plate 2. The pressing mold 5 consists of an elastic material such as polyurethane rubber, etc., and a large number of the protrusions 7 to form saw-toothed creases slanted in one side are made on the upper part of the inner face of the dent part 5a. By using this mold, Gyoza having the same shape as hand-made Gyoza and good appearance is produced easily, and bonding of open end parts under pressure can be carried out completely. |
