PURPOSE:To indicate the number of sheets being printed and the number of remaining sheets to be printed, by using a counter on which a desired number of data sheets is set and which sequentially subtracts 1 from the set number each time a sheet of data is printed. CONSTITUTION:A counter which subtracts 1 from a total number (n) each time of printing is used as a counter for counting the number assigned to a plurality of sheets of data, and numbers reverse to the printing order numbers of data are printed. The number assigned to the first sheet of data indicates the total number of sheets of data, and the number assigned to the data fed immediately after printing indicates the number of the remaining sheets of data. |
