摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a more accurate raw data when a failure occurred, by incorporating the titled controller with a trap output circuit to provide freely a trigger input to a measuring jig by a program. CONSTITUTION:A computer interface circuit 10 controls input/output of an interface signal between a computer. An MODEM interface circuit 11 controls the input/output of an interface signal between the MODEM at a communication line side. A communication control line 12 controls the transmission/reception of a data with a communication line side. An MPU13 controls the interface circuit 10 and the communication control circuit 12. A clock production circuit 20 operates the MPU13 and the communication control circuit 12. Further, an output circuit 17 of a trap signal being a trigger input to the measuring jig is provided to observe the signal waveform in each line or the data on the line.
