This extruded profiled part can constitute the portion of the wall of a rack panel on the outside face of which are arranged rings 31 for the securing cord and on the internal face of which the fixing rivets 30 do not make any projection likely to damage the loads. This profiled part comprises: a central web 1 of which a first face 11 has at least one depression D; two hollow portions 2, 2' linked to this web and each comprising two faces 21, 22 parallel to the latter and linked by a third face 23. The first faces 11, 21 of the web 1 and the hollow portions 2, 2' substantially form a flat surface whose flatness is only interrupted by the said depression D. On the side of the second faces 12, 22, the profiled part has the shape of a channel.
