<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a lamination apparatus which applies a laminate sheet continuously on the surface of a deformed material with a complicated projection and recession by providing an air bleeding port on the outerwall of a female force, a number of air bleeding pores on the inner wall, which is made up of several split plate materials having a charging means. CONSTITUTION:After a back paper 8 is peeled off with a winding roll 8' and rolls 10 and 10, a laminate sheet 7 is introduced into a female force 18 in a pressure reduction chamber having the surface thereof facing the inside of a female force 18 while air between the female force 18 and the laminate sheet 7 is discharged from an air bleeding port 19 through a storage chamber 16 with an air bleeding hole 17 and then, the sheet 7 is brought into contact with the inside of the female force 18 with an aid of a plate member 23 having a charging means 24. On the other hand, a deformed member 4 preheated to 60-200 deg.C passing through a preheating chamber 6 is fed into the female die 18 to paste the laminate sheet 7 on the circumferential surface thereof and further, a laminate sheet is completed with an auxiliary lamination device 22. It is cut to the desired length with a cutter 14 to obtain a desired laminate product 15.</p> |
