PURPOSE:To make an automatic stripping operation of a thin film stuck on a substrate by detecting the end of the thin film and applying oscillation to the part from the end of the thin film to the part of a prescribed distance on the inside thereby floating part of the end of the thin film. CONSTITUTION:Oscillation is applied to a light transmittable resin film 1D and is separated by floating from a photosensitive resin layer 1C when a supporting frame 23F is moved toward the right any an air cylinder 23L and a needle-like member 23E2 of a thin film floating member 2323E is driven. A member 8 for setting the stripping angle of the thin film is capable of preventing the fluctuation of the stripping position in the stage of stripping the light transmittable resin film 1D and preventing the deviation of stripping stress. The stripping angle of the light transmittable resin film 1D is so set as that the stripping angle theta of the light transmittable resin film 1D induced with respect to the substrate 1 for printed wiring is made approximately right angle or obture angle to prevent the injury and breakdown of the light transmittable resin film 1D 1D and the photosensitive resin layer 1C. |
