<p>An organopolysiloxane compsn. comprises a mercaptoorganopolysiloxane (I), an aliphatically unsatd. polydiorganosiloxane (II) and 0.01-5 wt.% of a dicyclopentadienyl iron cpd. which can be substd. by 1-3C alkyl, acetyl, carboxyl, vinyl or trimethylsilyl. (I) is a combination of dimethylsiloxane, hydroxydimethylsiloxane, trimethylsiloxane, cpds. of formula HSCnH2n-SiR-O (III), HSCnH2n(OR')200.5 (IV), or HSCnH2n-Si-R2 00.5 (V) where R is 1-3C alkyl or phenyl, R' is 1-3C alkyl, and n is 1-4. (I) has an average of at least two sulfurcontg. siloxane gps. per molecule, but not more than 10 mole % of such gps. based on total siloxane gps.</p> |
