PURPOSE:To improve the working accuracy of a forging and to produce efficiently a product of high quality by preventing a rise of a temperature of a die by cooling water which circulates in the inside of the die. CONSTITUTION:Water pumped up from a tank is cooled by a cooler, and it is fed to a water passing hole of the inside of a die through a water feed duct 9b and a lower branch pipe 6b. The die 1 is cooled through a cooling block 4, and the coling water is returned into the tank through an upper branch pipe 6a and a water discharge duct 9a. In this way, there is no possibility that a material of forging adheres onto the surface of the die at the time of rotation forging, and a flaw is generated on the surface, and also it does not occur that a part of the die is raised due to thermal expansion and the die is shifted. |
