PURPOSE:To provide the titled device which is inexpensive and detachably mounts a hot water temperature regulating valve and a safety valve for heating control, by integrally constituting the regulating valve and the safety valve so that the regulating valve may be easily maintained and inspected. CONSTITUTION:A hot water temperature regulating valve 5 is integrally provided with a safety valve 2. That is, the hot water temperature regulating valve cap 16 has a hot water temperature regulating valve unit 5a incorporated therein, and is screwed in the safety valve 2. When a water temperature is lowered, the pressure of water (hot water) supplied from a heat exchanger 4 is imposed on a valve body 22 at a piston 21. A small diameter port is defined in the valve body 22 for setting a minimum flow rate. Thus, a minimum flow rate of valve is predetermined. On the other hand, when the piston 21 is pushed outwardly by means of a temperature sensable cylinder 20, a clearance is defined between the valve body 22 and the cap 16 for thereby increasing the flow rate. In this manner, the temperature sensable cylinder 20 is adapted to sense the hot water temperature for regulating the flow rate. In the event that the deposit of scale is built up on a valve seat 22a or the valve body 22 itself for causing a malfunctioning valve during the actuation of valve body 22, the valve can be replaced with a new one in a very simple manner of merely removing a hot water temperature regulating unit 5a integrally with the valve cap 16 from a safety valve body 2a. |
