PURPOSE:To improve air-conditioning efficiency and the like by a method wherein a central cooling and heating machines driving unit, the net-work of pipelines circulating and supplying heat medium and refrigerant, and the like are provided as a common equipment while a concentrated air-conditioning equipment, consisting of an air-conditioning unit including a heat exchanger into which circulated and supplied heat medium liquid or the like is introduced, is provided as an individual equipment. CONSTITUTION:The distribution of air-conditioning energy from the central cooling and heating machines driving unit 10 to an individual air-conditioning area B is effected through the heat medium liquid circulated through the pipelines 12. The air-conditioning energy, distributed through the heat medium liquid, is not re-distributed directly into each rooms but is converted into cool air or warm air once through the air-conditioning unit 20 to send the cool air or the warm air into each room and effect the air conditioning of cooling or heating finally. Accordingly, the transportation of the energy from the central heating and cooling machines driving unit 10 to the individual air-conditioning area B may be effected efficiently through the heat medium liquid. |
