PURPOSE:To make an abnormality discrimination on the basis of time-series characteristics which vary in mean vibration value in the order of a trial operation area, a stable area, and a damage area, by dividing the overall width of an amplitude spectrum into necessary parts and finding the mean amplitude value of each section. CONSTITUTION:The overall width of an acceleration spectrum is divided as necessary, the mean acceleration in every section is found, and mean section acceleration values L1-L10 corresponding to divided section frequencies f0-f10 are displayed as time-series characteristcs on the same display screen. The mean acceleration varies gradually from the start of operation to enter a stable area where the value has almost no variation from the trial operation area and then enters the damage area where the value increases. When abrupt variation in mean section acceleration corresponding to a specific number is recognized during successive observation, the start of deterioration of parts regarding the frequency of the section is diagnosed and predicted speedily. Further, when the acceleration exceeds a necessary ratio based upon the value in the stable area, it is judged that parts regarding the corresponding section deteriorate or damage. |
