<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the load of an application program when instructions are successively given by outputting a voice guidance regarding an input data item when data is inputted from a data terminal in cooperation with the display of the message on a picture. CONSTITUTION:When a user wants to implement a voice guidance, he starts a message editing section 3 through a terminal 2 and implements a guidance definition body 13 by a picture inputting system. The definition body 13 is composed of a common area containing item group names, definition body names, and addresses, a voice area containing a fixed literal indicating flag including and excluding voice, kind of voice, sound volume level, and the content of guidance, and a message display area. These areas can define both voice guidance and picture message guidance simultaneously. When the voice guidance is not used, the flag including and excluding voice may be set to ''0''.</p> |
