PURPOSE:To change delay time independently of frequency, by connecting a pair of delay time generators having the same primary inclination of delay time characteristic against a frequency, and controlling the delay time by the common controller within a band. CONSTITUTION:The controller 5 controls simulataneously and changes the primary inclination of the delay time characteristic of the delay time generators 2, 7. Thus the absolute value of delay time can be changed while holding the delay time characteristic within the band smoothly between an input terminal 1 and an output terminal 4. |
