PURPOSE:To maintain for a long period of time the external air cutting off operation and prevent fouling and deterioration of bearing lubricating grease by forming an annular groove in which sealing grease is filled in the internal peripheral member of a stator member and a sealing agent filling chamber at the outer part of the annular groove. CONSTITUTION:External air which is going to flow into a machine through a minute gap (g) is cut off by a sealing agent W within the annular groove 22, and hence the external air is prevented from flowing into the machine. When the machine is continuously used for a long period of time, the sealing agent W within the annular groove 22 is affected by a rotating collar 9 and escapes into the minute gap (g) gradually vanishes, whereas the sealing agent W filled within the sealing agent filling chamber flows down and replenished, and the external air cut-off effect is maintained. With the advance of the replenishment and supply of the sealing agent W, a space occurs at the upper part of the sealing agent filling chamber 23. However, since the sealing agent filling chamber 23 is hermetically closed, the external air cut-off operation is not impaired. |
