<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a multiple bar code reader which inputs data from plural console panels independently and processes a large amount of data per device, by using a storage device and a controller in common. CONSTITUTION:The multiple bar code reader is provided with plural pen scanners 8a and 8b, laser scanners 9a and 9b, keyboards 10a and 10b, display devices 11a and 11b, and printers 12a and 12b. Those scanners 8a and 8b, and 9a and 9b, keyboards 10a and 10b, printers 12a and 12b, etc., are controlled by the controller 14 on time-division basis. Data from the scanners 8a and 8b, and 9a and 9b, and keyboards 10a and 10b are stored in the storage device of a floppy device 12 under the control of this controller 14. Then, those plural console panels shares the storage device and controller to allow one device to process a large amount of data.</p> |
