PURPOSE:To apply rotary vibration and vertical vibration simultaneously to a coiled pipe wire and to pack a powder material into the pipe wire from the end thereof, by supporting a vibration table on which the pipe wire is placed with plural springs, and vibrating the vibration table by a driving means. CONSTITUTION:Plural leaf springs 7 inclined relatively with a vibration plate 3 are mounted to the table 3 with the moving ends 71 thereof turnably in the direction tangential to a coiled pipe wire 1. The stationary ends 72 of the springs are fixed to a support table 2. A driving means 8 for vibrating the ends 71 of the springs 7 and a vessel 5 and a flexible pipe 4 supplying a granular material 6 from the one opening of the wire 1 are provided. The table 3 is vibrated by the alternate effect of the force that the means 8 pushes the ends 71 of the springs 7 and the restoring force of the springs 7. The horizontal component of force H of the driving force Osc of the vibration applies the rotating vibration of the amplitude corresponding to H on the coils and the vertical component V of force applies the corresponding vertical vibration on the springs. The means 8 is an air cylinder operated vibrator and suffices with one piece without providing the same for each of the leaf springs.
