SPECIFIC MARKER GENES FOR EARLY PREDICTING THE HAZARD OF PRETERM LABOR AND METHODS FOR ANALYZING GENE EXPRESSION LEVELS RELATED TO PRETERM LABOR USING THE SPECIFIC MARKER GENES

PURPOSE: A preterm labor-specific marker gene for predicting risk is provided to analyze preterm labor-associated gene expression pattern and to early predict risk of preterm labor. CONSTITUTION: A preterm labor-specific marker gene for predicting risk is C1QB(GenBank Accession No.: NM_000491.3), C1QA(GenBank Accession No.: NM_015991.2), GMCL1(GenBank Accession No.: NM_178439.3), or AHCTF1(GenBank Accession No.: NM_015446.3) gene. An oligonucleotide probe for early predicting risk of preterm labor, which specifically binds to the marker gene is an oligonucleotides having 17th to 20th base sequences or complementary bases thereof. A PCR kit for amplifying the marker gene contains: a primer group among one or more first primer groups selected from sequence numbers 1-8 and one or more second primer groups selected from sequence numbers 9-16; DNA polymerase, dNTPs, PCR buffer solution, and a PCR product labeling material.
