PURPOSE:To provide a single station molding device which enables sure flask removal by the constitution wherein the spaces between squeeze heads and casting molds are made zero and the crush by the mis-match of upper and lower casting molds and the collapsion of the casting molds are obviated. CONSTITUTION:The upper and lower 1st operation valves 20, 21 and the 2nd operation valve 29 are changed over from a neutral position N to a reduction position 1 while the 1st, the 2nd, the 4th selector valves 24, 27, 32 are held in a shutoff position (B) and the 3rd selector valve 30 is held in a communication position (A). The pressure oil is supplied to the 2nd and the 4th chambers 10b, 10b, 10d, 10d of upper and lower multiple cylinders 10, 11 to contract the 1st and the 2nd movable parts 101, 111, 102, 112 thereby putting upper and lower flasks 8, 9 and upper and lower squeeze heads 12, 13 to the position (a). Upper and lower casting molds A, B in this state are extruded to the conveyance line for casting molds and are set in the start state with the flasks 8, 9 held isolated. A match plate 42 provided with upper and lower patterns 40, 41 is inserted and set on the flask 9, wheeafter the valves 20, 21 are changed over to an extension position II to supply the pressure oil to the 1st chambers 10a, 10a as shown in the figure (b) thereby extending the movable parts 101, 111 and matching the flasks 8, 9. |
