The lamp holder has a holder body (11) made of insulating material contg. contact parts for the lamp's contact pins and connector clamps for conductors. There are openings in a holder body wall for the insertion of test pins of a test adapter and an insulating protective collar (19) enclosing each opening to form a channel to maintain the required creep and vent paths. A partic. contact section on each contact part forms a test pin support(25) so that it is essentially perpendicularly aligned wrt. the inner opening (23) of the insulating material channel (20) and that the insulating protective collar is drawn in from the outside (18) of the holder body to its inside.
