The electronic anti-theft device according to the invention is composed of an electronic central control unit which contains at least one continuous electronic pulse counter, of a pulse-reading or -sensing device, connected to the aforesaid central control unit, for reading the magnetic pulses and of a magnetic actuator, constructed as a pocket device, for emitting pulses to the central control unit via the pulse-reading or -sensing device. The electronic central control unit is connected to the various elements and/or components to be protected and controls the switching on and switching off of the anti-theft device on the basis of the pulses fed to said device by means of the magnetic activator and controls the activation of the alarm signals in the case of a break-in or damage to the elements and/or components to be protected. The anti-theft device is suitable in particular, if not exclusively, for protecting motor vehicles of any type. |
