PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by limiting an emergency trip tester from resetting on the basis of the signals from a limit switch for detecting the position of an oil trip solenoid valve and a pressure switch for detecting the secondary oil pressure of said valve. CONSTITUTION:Working oil is fed from a main valve 20 through an oil trip solenoid valve 2 functionable on the basis of a trip signal and an oil trip nozzle 3 to an emergency regulator 1 assembled into a turbine rotor. The working oil is also fed through a reset solenoid valve 10 functionable on the basis of a reset signal to a reset cylinder 11 of an emergency trip tester 6. the oil trip solenoid valve 2 is provided with a limit switch 5 for detecting the function of said valve 2 and a pressure switch for detecting the secondary oil pressure where the malfunction of said valve 2 is detected on the basis of the signals from said switches and the emergency trip tester is limited from resetting by means of a logic circuit.
