NEW FORM OF ZEOLITE ZSM-11, PREPARATION THEREOF AND CATALYTIC CONVERSION THEREWITH

A new and highly siliceous form of zeolite ZSM-11, ways of synthesising it and its use in conversions of organic compounds such as cracking, reforming and alcohol aromatization. Two species are revealed, one of them containing chromium and/or iron. Synthesis of these species is effected in the absence of added alumina. The products all manifest the x-ray diffraction pattern characteristic of zeolite ZSM-11.
