In a device for cleaning the intake air of an internal combustion engine, an air guide housing provided with an air inlet opening and with an air outlet opening for the intake air of the internal combustion engine is provided and a cooling-air unit and an air filter are assigned to this housing. To achieve a compact constructional unit, an air filter is integrated into the air guide housing.
