PURPOSE:To obtain the reference seats and a working jig for the highly accurate working of the die-cast product by a constitution wherein more than three sets of the seats for reference are provided to stabilize the work upon working the side surface of the die-cast product of aluminum or the like. CONSTITUTION:In case a groove, a V-shaped groove or the like is worked on the die-cast product, the abutting positions of the seats 15, 16, 17 for the reference are located on the same plane while recesses 28, 29 are provided at the positions, against which the other two seats 26, 27 are abutting. The depth of these recesses are 0.5-1mm.. According to this method, the die-cast product is clamped at the upper part of three positions of the seats, therefore, clamp strain will never be generated and the highly accurate working of the groove or the V-shaped may be effected. |
