PURPOSE:To simplify constitution, and to compact the device by moving a terminal projected from the circumferential surface of a core up to a position adjacent to the wire-rod guide section of a flyer by turning a shaft and binding a wire rod with the terminal while reciprocating and reversing the flyer. CONSTITUTION:When the core A is set up to a chuck 4, a drive 3 is operated, a core fixture 2 is turned, and the core A is moved up to a wire-rod wound position (d). When a stranded wire (y) is formed, a drive 5 is operated, the flyer 6 is turned, and the wire rod Y is wound on the core A. When the stranded wire is drawn out up to the position of a guide for the flyer 6, the drive 3 is operated, the core fixture 2 is rotated, the core A is moved up to a terminal binding position (b), the drive 5 is operated, the flyer 6 is reciprocated and reversed repeatedly, and the stranded wire (y) is bound with the terminal (a). The drive 3 is operated, the core fixture 2 is turned, and the core A is moved up to the wire- rod wound position (d). |
