PURPOSE:To facilitate the bonding work of coil strands by engaging and combining an inner cylindrical coil and an outer cylindrical coil, sequentially bonding the superposed part to form an electrically closed loop. CONSTITUTION:Inner and outer cylindrical coils 11, 12 are radially superposed and engaged at the strands 1. Then, a couping material 32 is bridged over between the coil strands 1 of the superposed coils 11, 12, and the coils are bonded by emitting a laser light. In this case, since the circumferential density of the end of the coils 11, 12 is increased by this installation, the circumferential pitch of the strands 1 can be equalized. Since a gap is formed between the coils 11 and 12 at the end due to the installation, no layer shortcircuit occurs therebetween. |
