PURPOSE:To take a photography at the same exposure level with a photography right before mode selection by providing a means for storing an exposure element and an operating member which commands the photography with the same exposure level as the last photography. CONSTITUTION:When a spot input button 14 is operated in averaged light metering mode, a spot input switch SW2 is closed to select a spot light metering mode, and spot brightness values are inputted and stored sucessively by the 2nd and succeeding pressing operations of the spot input button 14. Therefore, when the spot input button 14 is pressed successively by (n) times, the switching to the spot light metering mode is performed on the 1st pressing operation and the spot brightness values are inputted on the 2nd and succeeding operations to store and hold the (n-1) spot brightness values in a camera 10 in total; the mode is reset by pressing an averaged light metering mode switching button 15 or placing an EE lock operation knob 13 at an index ''CLEAR''. |
