PURPOSE:To ensure safety, and to prevent the generation of malfunction by detecting the induced voltage of the human body by a sensor formed by an open conductor and an insulated conductor and obtaining a control command for a motor by the detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:The induced voltage of the human body being in contact with wires formed by mutually intertwisting and unifying the bare conductor 6 and the insulated conductor 7 is detected by the sensor 4 formed by the wires, and the detecting signal is inputted to an amplifying circuit 8 through a capacitor 10 in an amplifying section 5 and inputted to a wave-shaping circuit 9 as pulsation voltage. Since a control signal, which is shaped into a rectangular wave signal by the wave-shaping circuit 9 and generated for a time when the human body is in contact with the sensor 4, turns a TRIAC 13 ON for a fixed time through timers 11, 12 in an operating section 2, conduction to the motor is stopped. |
