PURPOSE:To average the load to be charged by spot welded parts and to improve the limit in load resistance, by providing projecting parts at suitable intervals in the flange part of the framework in contact with an outside plate and subjecting the parts between these projecting parts to resistance welding. CONSTITUTION:Framework 6 of a hat-shaped section is manufactured from a thin flat sheet by pressing, and projecting parts 6b which project to the inside of a room are disposed to the flange 6a of the framework 6. Consideration is paid for the disposing position of the parts 6b so as to be located between the spot welding to be spotted afterward. The framework 6 formed in such a way is coupled to the other framework 2 by means of a gusset joint, whereafter the flange 6a surface of the framework 6 and an outside plate 1 are superposed and are subjected to spot welding. |
