PURPOSE:To supply tubed yarns to a transport means effectively and perform the transport of them with good effectiveness, in a tubed yarn guiding device of such an arrangement as supplies tubed yarns to a transport means, by opening and closing a pair of tubed yarn guides. CONSTITUTION:Just over a transport line for trays (tubed yarn transport means), a pair of tubed yarn guides 43a, 43b are installed, which open and close in the directions along and perpendicular to the tray transport and which have a guide surface to guide the tubed yarn to the heg on a tray 79, and when an empty tray 79 has come, three guides 43a, 43b are closed by rotary solenoids 46a, 46b in the condition that the tray 79 is in contact with a roller 71 and stopped at the position, that shall be followed by movement to a position shown by the solid line in attached illustration. Then the yarn on the yarn receptacle is cast in a shoot and mounted on empty tray 79 on standby below, through the closed guides 43a, 43b. Then the guides 43a, 43b are opened, the roller 71 is retracted, and the tray with a new tubed yarn is transferred to the leadout device. |
