PURPOSE:To permit automatic rewinding-up of an electric wire by providing a rewinding-up bar which is turnable around one of a pair of bobbins for an apparatus in which a pair of winding-up bobbins installed in longitudinal type on a horizontal turning plate are positioned alternately on a winding-up side by turning said turning plate. CONSTITUTION:When winding-up of an electric wire 18 onto a bobbin 6a is completed, each position of bobbin 6a, 6b is reversed by the 180 deg. revolution movement of a turning plate 3, and a rewinding-up arm 27 is lowered together with an installation board 25. Then, the extension part 18a of the electric wire 18 is hooked by the top edge part of a rewinding-up bar 27, and after pulley 19b is a little elevated, the rewinding-up bar 27b is turned clockwise around the bobbin 6b, and the installation board 25 is gradually raised, at the same time and thus the electric wire 18 is wound-up in several turns in double state onto the bobbin 6b. In this case, a superposed part is formed onto the rolled-up part 18b of the electric wire 18 by a little lowering the rewinding-up bar 27b midway. Then, the electric wire 18 between bobbins 6a and 6b is cut by a cutter 4, and rewinding is completed. |
