<p>PURPOSE:To easily change layout by providing a direction changing device for pallets disposed on a transport line, an article flipping-out device for carrying out the pallet from the transport line and an article flipping-in device for carrying the article in the transport line again after the completion of repairing a faulty article. CONSTITUTION:In the case where conveyer units B (B-1-23) including a plurality of motor roller units A (A-1-12) are coupled to each other to set up a system for transporting a pallet T along a transport line TL extending from the article assembly start point Ts to the terminal check point Te, direction changing devices C1-C10, CS1, CS2 are disposed in the direction changing area of the transport line TL. Further, a flipping-out device D for placing troubled articles on trucks R1-R3 to be repaired and a flipping-in device F for returning the repaired articles to the transport line TL are disposed at required places. The transport line further includes carry in-and-out devices G1, G2 for carrying the flipped-out articles into/out of faully article reparing lines Tl4, Tl5 through trucks.</p> |
