PURPOSE:To receive accurately a data on a transmission line and to make the receiving inexpensive, by providing additionally an integrating circuit setting a threshold value of transaction information and a slice circuit slicing the transaction information based on an output of the integrating circuit. CONSTITUTION:Various transaction information and a dummy data added to a header of the transaction information are tansmitted to a line L at the same time. Further, the data is inputted to the integrating circuit 9 to set the threshold value of the transaction information and the dummy data. Further, the transaction information is sliced at a comparator 10 by using this threshold value. Thus, since the threshold value is set variably according to the receiving signal level attenuated with the transaction information, the transaction information is caught independently of the degree of attenuation. |
